2012 SEBIKEX in Conyers, GA

A great 'first' for the 2012 Southeast Bike Expo at the Georgia International Horse Park in Conyers, GA, home of the 1996 Olympic MTB course.
There were approx. 80 vendors from the bicycle industry showing the products and allowing the general public to test ride new bikes and light kits (Saturday night on the trails). Here is my setup for the event, with the help of Dan from the Blue home office manning the Blue tent for the weekend.  Shout out to Chris from Blue for helping out Saturday.
It was great to show all the lines, especially those lines new to the Southeast.  The response from the public was great for Catlike, now dealers, lets get it in the shop.  I was asked at least 20x if I would sell the samples.
Thanks to Brian and the guys for putting on a fantastic event and we look forward to next year, lets blow it up!

Catlike US office visit

Today I was able to spend some time with Jorge from the Catlike US headquarters in VA.  Amazing the workload it takes to get an international company, that's already established in the world, off the ground in the US. I also picked up the tents for the SEBIKEX event in GA, Feb 25-26th.

Rolf Prima adds 6 outside sales reps

EUGENE, OR (BRAIN) Feb 1, 1:10 MT —Rolf Prima has bolstered its outside sales force, adding a half-dozen new independent reps.
In the Midwest, Rolf Prima has added Richard Delgado (Wisconsin, Illinois) and Ben Luster (Michigan). Alex Clark will cover Utah, Wyoming and Colorado. The company has also added Tom Gosselin in the Northeast (Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, Rhode Island, Connecticut); Wes Spruell in the Southeast (North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama); and Bruce McCarthy in Florida and southern Alabama.
“We have had a pretty steep growth curve over the last two years and we want to be able to give our dealers the support they deserve and have come to expect from us,” said Pete Moe, Rolf Prima sales. “We needed more support on the outside to help us do it.”
